Silly Goose Food Adventures started in Elberta, Alabama, with a flat-top griddle, a driveway, and a nickname nobody could shake. Feeding people well turned out to be the family business.
We cook the way we feed our own family: hot off the griddle, made when you order it, and generous enough that nobody leaves hungry. Nothing sits under a heat lamp waiting on you.
Because we are small, we can be flexible. Tell us who is eating — a birthday crowd of twenty-five, a festival midway, a crew of framers on a hot roof — and we build the menu and the timing around it.
Elberta is home, and Baldwin County gets most of our weekends. But the trailer is built to travel, so a longer haul is just a conversation and a parking spot away.
